off label use as per local labelling due to 72 years old patient that needs a booster Adacel with no AE; Initial information received on 15-Apr-2026 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a health care professional (HCP). This case involves a 72-year-old patient of unknown gender who needs a booster Diphtheria-2/Tetanus/5 Ac Pertussis Vaccine [Adacel] with no adverse event. The patient's past medical history, past drugs, vaccination(s), family history, and concomitant medications were not provided. On unknown date, the patient received an unknown dose of Diphtheria-2/Tetanus/5 Ac Pertussis Vaccine Suspension for injection of uknown strength (batch number and expiry date unknown) via unknown route in unknown administration site for prophylactic vaccination [immunization] (off label use) (latency: Same day).
