Symptom narrative

Dizziness; Injection site pain, left arm; muscle aches/cramps in calf and arm; Fatigue; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of dizziness in a 52-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On 24-APR-2026, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine (intramuscular, left deltoid). On 24-APR-2026, less than a day after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced injection site pain (Verbatim: Injection site pain, left arm), muscle pain (Verbatim: muscle aches/cramps in calf and arm) and fatigue (Verbatim: Fatigue). On 28-APR-2026, the patient experienced dizziness (Verbatim: Dizziness). The outcome of the dizziness and muscle pain were not resolved, and the outcome of the injection site pain and fatigue were resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the dizziness, injection site pain, muscle pain and fatigue to be related to Shingles vaccine. It was unknown if the company considered the dizziness, injection site pain, muscle pain and fatigue to be related to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-APR-2026 The patient self-reported this case for herself. The patient reported that she was vaccinated with first dose of Shingrix and had experienced every side effect except diarrhea. In the past 3 days, she had been experiencing extreme dizziness which had not gone away, and she did not typically experience dizziness. She bent over cleaning and got very dizzy, and the patient wanted information about the dizziness. The patient still had occasional muscle ache and cramps in her arm. The batch number was not provided upon follow- up with the reporter.
