User claims to have had the shingles vaccine three times, and won't do it anymore.; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of extra dose administered in a female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on unknown date) and Shingrix (received second dose on unknown date). On an unknown date, the patient received the 3rd dose of Shingrix.
