A patient (age and gender not provided) received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PYREXIA (non-serious), PALPITATIONS (non-serious), DYSPNOEA (non-serious), outcome "unknown" and all described as "experienced symptoms such as fever, rapid heartbeat (palpitations) and shortness of breath"; TINNITUS (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "I have been suffering from persistent ringing in the ears (tinnitus)"; NERVOUS SYSTEM DISORDER (non-serious), outcome "not recovered", described as "issues related to the nervous system". Additional information: At the beginning of the vaccination period, patient received the COVID-19 vaccine. Unfortunately, about one minute after the injection, patient experienced symptoms such as fever, rapid heartbeat (palpitations) and shortness of breath. These symptoms had a significant impact on the patient's physical condition. Since that time and over the past few years, patient have been suffering from persistent ringing in the ears (tinnitus) and issues related to the nervous system, which are still ongoing and affecting the patient's daily life. In addition, patient have consulted several doctors and undergone numerous medical examinations. Despite these efforts, patient have been informed that the possible cause of the condition may be related to the vaccination.
