Symptom narrative

Pt left the clinic feeling fine, walked down the hall to go to lab and passed out in the pharmacy lobby. RRT was called and we all went to the pt. Pt was given water, juice, and snacks while being evaluated for a head injury as well as vitals being taken. All vitals were normal, no head injury was found.
