Patient perceived infection in arm due to redness/swelling in injection site. Patient also received pneumovax 23 injection in same arm at the same time. Day after immunization is when symptoms began. Vaccines given Tuesday AM, patient went to walk in clinic Friday AM and antibiotics were prescribed for ICD code: L03.113.
