PATIENT WAS ACCIDENTLY GIVEN 2ND DOSE FOR SHINGRIX TOO SOON. RECEIVED INITIAL DOSE 4/22/26. SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN 2ND DOSE 6/22/26 OR LATER. PATIENT DID NOT REPORT ANY NEGATIVE SIDE EFFECTS . PATIENT WAS CALLED AND GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS TO GET ANOTHER DOSE IN OCTOBER TO COMPLETE SERIES.
