Felt crummy; Fever; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of MALAISE (Felt crummy) and PYREXIA (Fever) in a 69-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included COVID-19 (Covid was not that bad. The patient barely had a fever with covid.) and Infection (one time years ago, the patient was given the wrong antibiotic). Previously administered products included for Product used for unknown indication: Pfizer vaccine (Patient had reaction after vaccination. Patient had palpitations and the patient had them for like 6 months and then they gradually went away) on 04-Nov-2022. Past adverse reactions to the above products included Palpitations with Pfizer vaccine. On 06-Oct-2023, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 06-Oct-2023, after starting mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024), the patient experienced PYREXIA (Fever). On an unknown date, the patient experienced MALAISE (Felt crummy). On 07-Oct-2023, PYREXIA (Fever) had resolved. At the time of the report, MALAISE (Felt crummy) outcome was unknown. Concomitant medication use information was not provided by reporter. Patient had Moderna covid vaccines on 16-Mar-2021, 18-Nov-2021 and the patient had 8 Moderna covid vaccines. It was confirmed the patient had lots of Moderna COVID-19 vaccines by the time the patient had COVID. The patient had fever it was not as strong; it sort of was less. It was reported that after the vaccines, the patient did get a fever for just 1 day, the patient felt crummy, the patient would have a fever in the first night, then by the end of the next night the patient condition turned fine.
