On 08-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with an expired Human Papillomavirus Nonavalent (Types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, 58) (Gardasil 9) Injection, 0.5 mL (Batch/lot number Z008880 has been verified to be a valid batch/lot number for Human Papillomavirus Nonavalent [Types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52, 58], expiration date reported as 28-Apr-2026, but upon internal validation established as 18-Aug-2027 [conflicting information as the reporter stated that the product had expired at the time of administration]) administered as prophylaxis by a health professional (Expired product administered).
