Symptom narrative

after approximately 5 minutes of IM administration, patient fainted or was unconscious for about a minute. I did not personally witness the patient during the event but a witness nearby reported the patient looked like she was seizing. Upon entering the vaccination area the patient was already conscious and she didn't remember what happened. We called 911 and she was assessed by the EMTs and was released after examination. She didn't drive and was with a family member.
