Symptom narrative

Client fainted 8 minutes after receiving MenB and HPV vaccines. Approximately 2 seconds of seizure-like activity observed during syncopal episode. Client regained consciousness quickly and resumed speaking about the previous topic appropriately. EMS was called for evaluation. Client evaulated and parent refused trasportation to nearest ER.
