Symptom narrative

EE received Varicella #2 on 5/8/26. Friday afternoon EE had chills. However, was fine other than that. States she took Tylenol and fell asleep. States she woke up Saturday having pain to R arm. States she was having sweats/chills. States her R arm felt very heavy and was difficult to move it. States she was feeling nauseous as well. She applied ice to site. States the site was red/bumpy with blisters. Sunday: She had redness and in the afternoon was getting more painful. States it was warm to touch. She then felt swollen lymph nodes under her armpit. Monday: EE still has redness/swelling to site. EE also states she still has pain to her lymph nodes under her armpit. States she wanted to be seen so that we can evaluate injection site. States her redness comes and goes. EE states she has no warmth to site, when this nurse checked there was warmth to site compared to her L arm. States she feels like her bone hurts.
