17 Year Old Received HEPLISAV-B; Received HEPLISAV-B Instead of ENGERIX B; Initial report received on 29-Apr-2026. A physician reported that a 17-year-old female patient (race and ethnicity unknown) received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization instead ENGERIX B. No medical history or concomitant medications were reported. On an unknown date, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [ENGERIX B (lot number not reported) as the first dose for hepatitis B immunization. On 29-Apr-2026, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B(lot number, expiration date, NDC #, site, and route not reported). The patient was supposed to receive the second dose of ENGERIX B instead. The patient was 17 years old when she received HEPLISAV-B. No additional information was available.
