Symptom narrative

Patient 28 k G2P0. Hx of 1 SAB. EDD 07/25/2026. Patient stated she develop a fever, rednes at the injection site and pain in the arm for 4 days, keeping her up and unable to sleep. Patient was called to discuss symptoms and nurse had to leave a voicemail to call the clinic back. Patient has not called clinic back as of yet.

Vaccination given on 5/7 to 28 week patient in right deltoid. Patient just started flagyl on 5/7. No pregnancy complications EDD 07/25/2026. Patient complain of fever, red area at injection and soreness x4days that keeps her awake.
