diffused rash; fever; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse prescriber and referred to a 1-year-old female patient. The patient's pertinent medical history, concurrent conditions and drug reactions or allergies were not reported. The patient's concomitant medication included hepatitis a vaccine inact (HAVRIX). On 27-Apr-2026, the patient was vaccinated by a health professional with the first dose of Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX) lot number: Y019319 (expiration date: 21-Nov-2026), the vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (BAXTER STERILE DILUENT) (lot# Y014741, expiration date: 13-Feb-2027 - information established upon internal validation), 0.5 mL, total, via subcutaneous as immunization, as well as with the first dose of measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, (M-M-R II), lot number: Z004960 (expiration date: 24-Feb-2027), the vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (BAXTER STERILE DILUENT) (lot# Y014741, expiration date: 13-Feb-2027 - information established upon internal validation), 0.5 mL, total, via subcutaneous as immunization. On 28-Apr-2026, the patient experienced fever (pyrexia) for 2 days which was resolved within the 2 days. On 30-Apr-2026, the patient recovered from pyrexia. Afterwards, on approximately 01-May-2026 (also reported as after the fever was resolved, on the third day after fever started), she developed a diffused rash. Tylenol was given as treatment for the events. At the time of reporting, the patient had not recovered from rash (also reported as "fever resolved, rash was there"). The causal relationship between the events of pyrexia and rash and the suspect vaccine (Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX)) reconstituted suspect sterile diluent (BAXTER STERILE DILUENT) and the suspect vaccine (measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, (M-M-R II)) reconstituted suspect sterile diluent (BAXTER STERILE DILUENT) was not was not provided. The reporter wanted to know whether this was a reaction from measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, (M-M-R II) or Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX).
