Symptom narrative

patient stopped by the pharmacy to show us her arm. Shad had a patch of what looked like melasma that she wasn't sure if was there before. She denied any pain, swelling, or itch on the arm. The dark marking was much lower on her arm than the injection would have been given, closer to the elbow. She was advised that the marking was likely due to sun exposure and not from the vaccine.
