Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

has not received a second dose yet; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 76-year-old female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included shingrix (received first dose on 07-OCT-2020 with batch number ZX27E and expiry date 16-SEP-2022). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: has not received a second dose yet). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
