Overdose; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of overdose in a 8-week-old patient who received Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included Men B NVS (Bexsero) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Bexsero and the 1st dose of Bexsero. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Bexsero, the patient experienced overdose (Verbatim: Overdose). The outcome of the overdose was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 30-APR-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The reporter reported the general practitioner gave 2 doses of Bexsero to the 8-week child. They said there would not be any problem due to higher doses, but the reporter wondered if there will be any issue that they will face due to overdose of Bexsero. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
