Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

Late second dose; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a 69-year-old male patient who did not receive HAB (Twinrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Twinrix (received first dose on 15-MAY-2024, Batch number: 429JJ). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Twinrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: Late second dose). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 04-MAY-2026 A pharmacist mentioned that a patient received their first dose of Twinrix on 15-MAY-2024 (in another facility) and had not yet received the second dose. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
