Symptom narrative

My son passed away from Cardiac Dysrhythmia of Uncertain Etiology on October 19th, 2025. There were no symptoms that I am aware of leading up to his death. He was in excellent health very active and health conscious. On August 19, 2019 (withheld) Hospital of (withheld) did a thorough check up investigating Pectus Excavatum. A slight case of Pectus Excavatum was detected. His Echocardiogram concluded (withheld) heart to be structurally normal with normal biventricular systolic function. No aortic root dilation. No mitral valve prolapse. I have the complete report conducted by (withheld) to present. I also have the complete Medical Examiners report conducted October 21, 2025 by (withheld), M. D.
