Symptom narrative

He wasn't feeling well in wknd after the vaccine. Mom states she didn't think it was anything different from typical side effects. Specifically he was tired and had HA. No fever. He came in yesterday and reported soreness in left arm at site for approximately one week; and after this, he noted numbness around the site along with a bump which has significantly gotten smaller per mom. The bump is approximately the size of a pea. He has no pain and has no change in his range of motion. Of note, I started the VAERS yesterday but my session timed out and I didn't get to restart it.

obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, chronic motor tic disorder, acne, scoliosis, autism spectrum disorder

benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin 1% for acne, guanfacine for tics, and sertraline for anxiety
