an adult who received a dose of the pediatric; an adult who received a dose of the pediatric; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via sales rep and described the occurrence of adult use of a child product in a adult patient who received HBV (Engerix B pediatric) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Engerix B pediatric. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B pediatric, the patient experienced adult use of a child product (Verbatim: an adult who received a dose of the pediatric) and underdose (Verbatim: an adult who received a dose of the pediatric). The outcome of the adult use of a child product and underdose were not applicable.
