Symptom narrative

Pt fainted immediately after receiving the vaccine. Her eyes rolled back and became unconscious for a few seconds. Pt was lowered to the exam table and legs were elevated. She regained consciousness very quickly. She left with Mom after 30 mins of monitoring.
