Dying due to your Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine adverse reaction; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2 NOS), as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: DEATH (death, hospitalization, medically significant), outcome "fatal", described as "Dying due to your Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine adverse reaction". The patient date of death was Jan2024. The reported cause of death was unknown. It was not reported if an autopsy was performed. Clinical course: This was the first case out of three cases. There are three people who died due to the Pfizer Vaccine when they were vaccinated here, and I am trying to report their death. These three people died due to Pfizer BioNTech Covid-19 Vaccine, if I recall properly in the month of Jan2024 and she ended up at a hospital. In a tier one hospital, dying due to your Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine adverse reaction. (withheld) died was actually due to adverse event based on your documentation that was provided.
