Symptom narrative

Shoulder pain beginning the evening of the vaccination. Bruised for 1 week. Has seen the doctor a "couple" times. Completed a methylprednisolone pack. On follow up patient's doctor noted decreased range of motion from initial visit. Patient in a brace and to begin meloxicam. Provider ordered MRI to assess for potential rotator cuff injury. Doctor also ordered bloodwork - unsure what for
