Describe Event, Problem, or Product Use Error: patient informing us of recent hospitalization after tdap injection. she states she had tetanus vaccine on 03/13 and then was hospitalized on 03/16. they determined she had fluid around her heart and started her on colchicine. her hematologist recommended she stop pegasys for 6 weeks and she will restart on 04/17. she has been out of the hospital for 1.5 weeks now and is having no more complications
