Symptom narrative

Moderna Covid-19, mRNA immunization (Lot 3053756) was administered on April 24. Hive-like rash was observed in area of crotch and upper leg on April 26. The rash worsened and spread to the entire area of the legs and arms from Monday April 27 until Wednesday April 29. The rash decreased in intensity beginning April 30 and was completely resolved by May 2.
