Symptom narrative

Patient received Bexsero injection to left deltoid on 4/28/2026. Reported pain and knot at injection site. Pharmacy follow up with pt on 5/12/26 "Pt reported knot in arm following vaccination 2 weeks ago. Pt states she has a knot at injection site. Was size of golf ball, down to quarter size now. Slight redness around area. No fever or rash. Some pain when raising arm or straightening elbow. Did not contact MD, did not take any meds for pain. States in general is getting better. RPh recommend contact MD, RPh will also contact MD. And F/U w/ Pt again Friday 5/15. "
