Symptom narrative

Approximately 2 minutes after last vaccine (HPV), mom came out of room- stated patient had a seizure. Further clarification- became pale, eyes rolled back, not aware of surroundings. Blood pressure was normal, clammy, pale. After about 1.5 minutes she became aware of surroundings. She was laid down, and given apple juice. 15 minutes later she felt well enough to sit up- 10 minutes. She was then able to stand and was discharged from the office.
