Symptom narrative

Around 5 minutes after vaccine administration patient was standing in from of the pharmacy cash register when she loss muscle tone and fell. She regained consiousness immediatly and she was instructed to remain laying down with her feet raised until she feels better. Her mom was acompaining her and help her to raise her feet. After some time she felt a lot better and told me she was ready to leave, I told her to seat at least 30 minutes so we can make sure she is ok to walk out.
