Fever - 102.1, treated with children?s Motrin, gone within 36 hours, redness at injection site - 2? diameter raised circle, warm to touch, gone with 24 hours, hard lump under skin at injection site - ongoing, mildly painful to touch, circular ?bullseye? rash (small dot in center at injection site, ring of lesions approximately 1.5? from site in a circular pattern) with raised red lesions with pale red and pink bumps varying from pinpoint to pea sized, no bruising, bleeding, weeping, or warmth noted, developed overnight from 5/9to5/10, ongoing
