No symptoms reported; Consumer called requesting a lot check for MMR II as she requested that her daughter receive MMR II today 4/28/2026 however, her chart says she received "Merck HEP A"; This spontaneous report was received from a consumer or other non health professional, concerning a 1-year-old female patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 28-Apr-2026, the patient was supposed to receive measles, mumps, and rubella (wistar ra 27-3) virus vaccine, live powder and solvent for solution for injection (MMR II), reconstituted with sterile diluent (both as Drug not administered); but instead of that, was vaccinated with a dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (lot #Z012745 has been verified to be valid, expiration date reported and confirmed as 16-Oct-2026), as prophylaxis (dose and route not provided).
