Symptom narrative

headaches; face/cheek swelling; fatigue; nausea; dizziness; weakness; This Spontaneous report was received from 39 -year-old male patient reporting on himself. The patient's medical history included flu like symptoms after flu vaccinations in the past. The patient's concurrent condition' included allergy to Famotidine (PEPCID) and allergy to chloral hydrate. The patient's historical drugs included Psychostimulants, agents used for adhd and nootropics (Psychostimulants, agents used for adhd and nootropics), Antipsychotics, Antidepressants Flu (Influenza vaccine), Famotidine (PEPCID) and Chloral hydrate. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 01-May-2026, the patient was vaccinated with the first dose of human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) (strength, dose, route, lot number, expiration date and anatomical location were not provided) as prevention of HPV disease. On 02-May-2026, the patient experienced face/cheek swelling (Swelling face), fatigue, nausea, dizziness, headache and weakness (asthenia). The patient was seen by a physician and treatment with Benadryl was prescribed. At the time of reporting, the patient was recovering from all adverse events. The causal relationship between all adverse events and therapy with human papillomavirus 9-valent vaccine, recombinant suspension for injection (GARDASIL 9) was not provided.
