took the vaccine, both shots 3 months later Bell's palsy; This serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of bell's palsy in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included shingles (shingles twice on right forehead and around the eye both times once in 40s) and shingles (shingles twice on right forehead and around the eye both times again at age 68). Previously administered products included Shingles vaccine (received first dose on unknown date). On an unknown date, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, 3 months after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced bell's palsy (Verbatim: took the vaccine, both shots 3 months later Bell's palsy) (serious criteria GSK medically significant). The outcome of the bell's palsy was not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the bell's palsy to be related to Shingles vaccine. The company considered the bell's palsy to be unrelated to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 03-MAY-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The patient took the vaccine, both shots 3 months later developed bell's palsy, after 3 months not completely over, much worse than shingles, both from the same virus. The batch number was not provided, and unable to contact the reporter.; Sender's Comments: A case of Bell's palsy (BCWG Level 4), 3 months after vaccination with unknown dose of Shingles vaccine, in a male patient. Based on the available information a possible causality that the event was caused by GSK vaccine product cannot be ascertained. Consent for further follow up has not been received.
