expired dose administered; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (batch number 5RK5T, expiry date 15-APR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 06-MAY-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On 06-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: expired dose administered). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 06-MAY-2026 The Pharmacist mentioned that did not have patient demographics at the moment of the call.
