shinrix vaccine was adminster to patient today, 5/6/26, (vial expired 4/17/26). please advise shingrix expired, was administer to patient; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) (expiry date 17-APR-2026) for prophylaxis. On 06-MAY-2026, the patient received Shingrix. On 06-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: shinrix vaccine was adminster to patient today, 5/6/26, (vial expired 4/17/26). please advise shingrix expired, was administer to patient).
