Incomplete course of vaccination

Symptom narrative

been 8 months since my first Shingrix vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose in SEP-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: been 8 months since my first Shingrix vaccine). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 05-MAY-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. It had been eight months since the patient had received first Shingrix vaccine and asked whether it was too late for the second shot. The batch number was not provided upon follow up with the reporter.
