Symptom narrative

Syncope soon after vaccination. After vaccines were administered and child was getting ready to leave, child fainted and fell to the floor. Child was weak and attempted to stand back up right after falling. Child injured lip, lip was bleeding. Medical Director/Pediatrician had child lay down on clinic cot for around 10 minutes and rest until child reported feeling better, lip no longer bleeding.
