Patient had received Bexero previously on 3/4/25 and came today for 2 nd dose. Trumenba was given instead of Bexero. Nurse thought we had just changed brands. The 2 vaccines are not interchangeable. Patient did not have any adverse reaction or event. It is just being reported per protocol
