patient who received their second dose of GARDASIL 9 on day 63 from the timing of the first dose.; No additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 35-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's concurrent conditions, medical history, previous drug reactions, drug allergies and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date (On day 63 from the timing of the first dose), the patient was vaccinated with a second dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), 0.5 mL (route of administration, site of administration, lot #, and expiration date were not provided) given as prophylaxis (Inappropriate schedule of product administration). No additional AE. Additional information is not expected.
