Intentional Off Label Prescription by HCP: Imovas Rabies is prescribed with off label diagnosis Bitten by dog, initial encounter and Open bite of left forearm, initial encounter, with no reported adverse event; Initial information received on 27-Apr-2026 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a physician. This case involves a 54-year-old female patient who had intentional off label prescription by healthcare professional (HCP): RABIES (HDC) VACCINE [IMOVAX RABIES] was prescribed with off label diagnosis Bitten by dog, initial encounter and Open bite of left forearm, initial encounter, with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, past drugs, vaccination(s), family history, and concomitant medications were not provided. On an unknown date, the patient Intentional off label prescription by healthcare professional (HCP): Imovax Rabies Powder and solvent for suspension for injection 1 mL once (batch, expiry: unknown) (strength: unknown) via intramuscular route in an unknown administration site, was prescribed with off label diagnosis bitten by dog, initial encounter and open bite of left forearm, initial encounter [Animal bite and Malocclusion];, with no reported adverse event (Off label use, and latency: same day).
