Symptom narrative

Pharmacist specifically stated that a 25 yr old patient had received the first 2 doses of GARDASIL 9 at age 13, in 2014, and then recently received the 3rd dose at age 25.; No additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a Pharmacist and refers to a 25-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date in 2014 at age 13, the patient was vaccinated with two doses of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9), Injection 0.5 mL, (route of administration, lot # and expiration date were not reported) as prophylaxis. On an unknown date (also reported as recently), the patient received the 3rd dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) at age 25 (Inappropriate schedule of vaccine administered). No additional adverse events were reported. At the reporting time, the outcome of the events was unknown. The action taken with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) was not applicable.
