negative titer; This Spontaneous report was received from a registered nurse and referred to a 19 -year-old Female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's historical drugs included unspecified Hepatitis b vaccine received on 29-Jul-2006 and other dose of Hepatitis b vaccine received on 05-Sep-2006. The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. On 31-Jan-2007, the patient received the third dose of hepatitis b vaccine (recombinant) suspension for injection (RECOMBIVAX HB) invalid lot Number: 1096R (strength, dose, route, expiration date and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient had negative titer (Hepatitis B antibody negative). The causal relationship between Hepatitis B antibody negative and therapy with hepatitis b vaccine (recombinant) suspension for injection (RECOMBIVAX HB) was not provided.
