soreness in arm at the injection site; entire shoulder is in pain; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of injection site pain in a 68-year-old patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced injection site pain (Verbatim: soreness in arm at the injection site) and shoulder pain (Verbatim: entire shoulder is in pain). The outcome of the injection site pain and shoulder pain were not resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the injection site pain and shoulder pain to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the injection site pain and shoulder pain to be related to Shingrix.
