incomplete course of vaccination; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose on 23-OCT-2025). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: incomplete course of vaccination). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date 08-MAY-2026 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The patient reported that six months and two weeks had passed, could patient receive the second shot that day. The batch number was not provided, and unable to contact the reporter.
