2-year-old child was given Boostrix bymistake; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 2-year-old female patient who received DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Boostrix) (batch number 5N9L9, expiry date 28-NOV-2027) for prophylaxis. On 05-MAY-2026, the patient received Boostrix. On 05-MAY-2026, an unknown time after receiving Boostrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: 2-year-old child was given Boostrix bymistake). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 07-MAY-2026 The patient had 3 prior doses of DTaP.
