sore arm; fatigue; mild fever; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm), FATIGUE (fatigue) and PYREXIA (mild fever) in an elderly female patient who received mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The patient's past medical history included Surgery (for stage 3 aggressive melanoma) on 02-Feb-2021. Previously administered products included for Product used for unknown indication: Pfizer 2023 2024 (Batch Number: HG4629, Date of Administration: Unknown but possibly in 2023) in 2023, Pfizer 2023 2024 (Batch Number: HG4629, Date of Administration: Unknown but possibly in 2023) in 2023, Pfizer 2023 2024 (Batch Number: HG4629, Date of Administration: Unknown but possibly in 2023) in 2023, Pfizer (Batch Number: 17554) on 26-Sep-2023, Pfizer (Batch Number: 17554) on 26-Sep-2023 and Pfizer (Batch Number: 17554) on 26-Sep-2023. Past adverse reactions to the above products included Fatigue with Pfizer and Pfizer 2023 2024; Fever with Pfizer and Pfizer 2023 2024; and Pain in arm with Pfizer and Pfizer 2023 2024. Concurrent medical conditions included Lymphedema (lymph node biopsies due to hot lymph nodes. On 14-Apr-2024, the patient received eighth dose of mRNA-1273.815 (SPIKEVAX 2023-2024) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm), FATIGUE (fatigue) and PYREXIA (mild fever). At the time of the report, PAIN IN EXTREMITY (sore arm), FATIGUE (fatigue) and PYREXIA (mild fever) outcome was unknown. No Concomitant medications was reported.
