The patient had extreme weakness and lethargy. Unable to walk on her own when prior to hospital stay was walking unassited. Unable to hold things in hands and not speaking well. She was discharged from hospital 01/08/2023 and despite having POA they gave her the vaccine without asking when they knew she had dementia. She began physical therapy soon after and was never able to walk on her own again was after 32 days able to walk with a walker about 30 feet.

On 02/13/2023 Dr. saw her at Medical center and had nurse come to residence which all advised that she should not have been given the flu vaccine while she still had the flu. March 2023 she could not hold a cup in her hand and was taken to (withheld) and checked for stroke with a CT scan and Neurologist Dr. diagnosed her with Parkinson's Disease. She died 12/13/2025.
