Moderna Vaccine killed patient; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of DEATH (Moderna Vaccine killed patient) in a female patient of an unknown age who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. No Medical History information was reported. In April 2021, the patient received dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular use) 1 dosage form. Death occurred on 22-Apr-2021 The patient died on 22-Apr-2021. The cause of death was not reported. It is unknown if an autopsy was performed. No concomitant medication was reported. Reporter wanted to let someone know that Moderna Vaccine killed patient and this was the 5th anniversary of not had patient here. Reporter had her vaccine card Moderna vaccine, 2 weeks to the day she fell dead in the mall. It was unknown if the patient experienced any additional symptoms/events.
