Symptom narrative

pt called today asking which imz she had in her right arm. on 5/12/26 she got twinrix in the left arm and shingrix in the right. she said that it had been hurting since she got them. she tried an ice pack last night and it helped with the pain. this morning however she noticed a red welt below the injection site that was warm to the touch. i advised her to call the dr and I also left a message with the dr's office myself
